- At least 3-year experiences from mobile phone company or other in related field
- Bachelor degree of Sale & Marketing or other related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable and successful sales track record
- Good technical background in product area is desirable
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to manage team
- Strong problem solving skill
